MIT-CARS has established dedicated Quality Assurance section includes experienced experts in different disciplines.
Functions of Quality Assurance Team:
- Implementation of quality systems in accordance with ISO/IEC-17025,ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007.
- Proficiency assessment at every stage of analysis.
- continuous and updating of training programme for analyst.
- Data verification by LIMS /manual mode.
- On-line verification of data
- Internal audits
- Internal quality checks
- Redressal of customer complaints and feedback
- Implementation of 5S system.

- Maintaining customer feedback & corrective action system
- Involvement of employees in quality improvement
- Standardization of procedures as per IS/BIS/APHA/AOAC
- Continuous training for employees by internal and external experts
- Maintenance of sample integrity and confidentiality.
